We favor a 5-step process with our clients to ensure open communication, organization, proper planning, and execution during your project.

Our Process

  • We engage with the client to understand the scope of the project. We establish preliminary concepts and develop the project’s identity based on the client’s visions and goals and our creative interpretation.

  • We address the overall interior built architecture and aesthetic and how that translates into the whole experience. We look at how the client inhabits a space and how it will perform to enhance daily life. Our team focuses on spatial relationships, material application, natural and interior lighting, and product research, while consulting with other project experts like architects, engineers, builders, lighting designers, landscape designers, and more to ensure the overall vision is met.

  • We create a design document–our project map–to navigate through the design process for the built environment. This tool is designed for all of the trades and the client to understand every tiny detail we create to make your custom home.

  • Once the build begins, we act as the client’s advocate to ensure that all expectations are met.

  • We develop an overall palette for your home, including styles of furnishings, fabric and window treatment styles, and finishes. We have strong relationships with a variety of suppliers and vendors for both custom and pre-manufactured designed solutions to create a unique interior.

Throughout this process, we evolve and grow with our clients, to keep the design experience enjoyable, while fostering a long-term relationship.
